Brendan Lyle – CEO and Chairman LL.B BA M. (App Fin) F Fin
Mr Lyle is a qualified attorney with extensive experience in divorce law and commercial litigation. Mr Lyle was co-founder and former General Counsel of Impact Capital Limited, Australia’s largest provider of divorce litigation finance. From 2005 to 2009 Mr Lyle managed the Company’s divorce finance loan book, and during that period wrote over $70 million of loans. He was also instrumental in listing the Company on the Australian Securities Exchange in 2005.
Mr Lyle holds a Masters of Applied Finance and a Graduate Diploma in Finance and Investment.
Mr. Lyle has extensive corporate experience in Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and the United States. He is a fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and he is a Board member of companies in the U.S, U.K and Australia.
Nicole Noonan Esq. – Executive Director (Client Relations)
Ms. Noonan is an experienced matrimonial attorney who practiced with a number of top-rated divorce law firms throughout her career. She was instrumental in the litigation of a large number of complex family law cases involving both financial and custody disputes, including some of the leading reported cases on these areas.
She has held the prestigious role of General Counsel at New York's largest real estate firm, and has significant expertise in the areas of family law, commercial litigation and property law.
Ms. Noonan earned her B.A. from Boston College in Economics and a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.
Ms. Noonan is an active member of the New Jersey Bar Association, New York Women's Bar Association, Westchester Bar Association, New Jersey Woman Lawyer's Association and the Family Law Inns of Court. She is also Co-chair of the New York Junior League.
Steven Sabes – Non-Executive Director
Mr. Sabes is the President of Three Hills Partners, a specialty finance management company that focuses on alternative assets. Mr. Sabes is also the co-founder and current Chief Operating Officer of GWG Holdings, Inc, a SEC registered company, whose primary business is life settlements. Since 1998, Mr. Sabes has served as a Managing Director of Opportunity Finance, LLC, a family investment company specializing in structured finance.
Over Mr. Sabes’s career, he has been a founding partner in companies that have obtained over $760 million in senior credit facilities and mezzanine debt.
Mr. Sabes holds a Doctor of Philosophy in organic chemistry from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Colorado College.
